Privacy Policy

1. 應用程式 / Overview

Kent AI 是在使用者自有 Windows 電腦上運行的私人助理。它不是公開的郵件託管服務，且必須由 Google 帳號擁有者自行完成 OAuth 授權。

Kent AI is a personal, user-controlled Windows desktop assistant. It does not operate a public email hosting service. Access to Google services requires the account owner's explicit OAuth consent.

2. 存取的 Gmail 資料 / Data accessed

依授權範圍及使用者指令，應用程式可能存取 Gmail 訊息內容、寄件人與收件人、主旨、日期、郵件對話串、標籤、草稿、附件資料與篩選器設定。它可以依使用者要求修改郵件狀態、管理草稿、寄送或回覆郵件、套用標籤與篩選器。

Subject to granted scopes, Kent AI may access message content and metadata, threads, drafts, labels, attachments and basic filter settings, and may send, draft or modify emails at the user's request.

3. 使用目的與 AI 服務 / Purpose and processing

Kent AI 使用 Gmail 資料來完成使用者要求的搜尋、摘要、分類、草稿、回覆和郵件管理。為了讓 AI 模型理解或產生答覆，相關郵件片段、工具結果和使用者指令可能傳送給使用者在 Kent AI 配置的 AI 模型 API 服務，例如 OpenAI。資料不會被用於廣告或出售。

Relevant email content, user prompts and tool results may be transmitted to the AI model API configured by the user, including OpenAI, when necessary to fulfill user-requested AI tasks. Data is not sold or used for targeted advertising.

4. 儲存、安全及保留 / Storage, security and retention

Google OAuth refresh token 保存在使用者自己的 Windows 電腦，使用 Windows DPAPI 保護。使用者要求的郵件查詢、對話紀錄、附件下載及其自行建立的備份，可能在該電腦上留存。保留時間取決於使用者的本機儲存與備份設定。此 Cloudflare Pages 靜態網站不收集或儲存 Gmail 郵件、附件或 OAuth token。

OAuth refresh tokens are held on the user's Windows computer and protected by Windows DPAPI. Locally retained chat history, requested downloads and user-created backups may contain task-related data, subject to the user's retention settings. The public Cloudflare-hosted site does not store mailbox content or access tokens.

5. 分享及 Limited Use / Sharing and limitations

為了執行使用者要求的功能，應用程式可能連接 Google Gmail API 和使用者指定的 AI API。除此之外，Kent AI 不販售 Google 使用者資料、不用於廣告，也不會向無關的第三方提供。資料使用受 Google API Services User Data Policy（包含 Limited Use 規定）約束。

Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing functionality requested by the user. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or disclose it to unrelated third parties. Use is subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. 撤銷、刪除與資料控制 / Revocation and deletion

使用者可以前往 Google 帳號已連結的應用程式撤銷 Kent AI 權限。撤銷不會自動刪除使用者電腦上的已存檔案。使用者可自行刪除本機憑證、聊天紀錄、附件和備份；如果需要協助，可使用下方聯絡方式提出要求。

Users can revoke Kent AI access through their Google account settings. Revocation does not automatically erase previously stored local files. Users can remove locally saved credentials, chats, attachments and backups from their computer.
